Nova Medical Centers forays into Mumbai
Nova Medical Centers, declared its foray in Mumbai by launching its first day surgery centre in Chembur. This centre would be Nova’s fifth centre in the country.
This Chembur centre will be inaugurated by Shri Gurudas Kamat, Hon. Minister Of state for Home Affairs, on April 3rd, 2011. Thirty leading surgeons from diverse specialties will offer their services in a comprehensive ultra-modern facility. This latest addition from Nova is equipped with state-of- the- art facilities. Built over 13,000 sq ft, the new center has four ultra-modern operating rooms, 16 beds with three deluxe rooms, seven OPD consulting rooms including separate ENT and Ophthalmology chambers, comprehensive pathology and radiology services, a retail pharmacy and a health check up unit.
Speaking about the new centre and its team of experts, Dr Mahesh Reddy, Co-Founder and Executive Director, Nova Medical Center, explained, “Everything that the top doctors require is readily available in an upscale, collegial setting, and all our patients go home at night to rest.”
Elaborating on the company’s roll-out strategy, Suresh Soni, Chairman and CEO, Nova Medical Center, “We plan to be in 10 cities by the end of this year. Nova has aggressive plans to expand in the Mumbai market. Next in line is the Tardeo clinic, which would be coming up and other centers would be spread across Mumbai in the coming months.
