AEI aims to revolutionise eye care by using cutting-edge medical technology, excellent work processes and personalised patient service. The total expenditure for setting up the institute will be to the tune of Rs 12 crore. It will be partly self-funded and partly with the help of HNI’s/ institutional money. It is estimated to be operational by July 2012.
